ohh, I dont know. I didnt smell anything but wasnt trying to either and I am a smoker. I will ask GS when he gets up. It was very fast.

The reason I ask is because I wonder if it could have been sour crop.

wish I had opened him. I opened his mouth and seen a fresh piece of clover there in the back of his throat. he was still alive at that point. I gave him a look over and every thing seemed to be ok. except for a little purple in the comb. good weight, clear eyes, no mites no messy bottom ect.. But he was very droopy. already dying I guess.
