Your so thoughtful Red. Yes Rod has a lot of stress with his job, but he was raised a stuffer, so he just keeps stuffing it in. Then occasionally he will explode & usually it's over nothing. After 32 years I've gotten to know the signs. Hate that we are getting older & now he has the worry of being put out to pasture so to speak with his employment. This spring was the first time he ever shared that fear. So many changes going on with his work, many of the old timers are getting nervous.

I wish he didn't have to worry about stuff like that. His job is stressful enough. I think he May mean a little to much for his company to loose. Tell him we're thinking and praying for him and you too of course.

Me too Red, his new helper is younger, faster & has had more schooling.

Idk why schooling should over rank experience. I know school is good but I'd take experience any day over school. And a lot of times faster means more mistakes.
