I already starter my babies on them and they love it!

I tried it, and fermented too. I grew some delicious looking mold!

That's a thought. I'm building a raised garden area in the chicken run, then putting chicken wire over the top, so the plants can grow up through but not get scratched out. Well, it would work in theory...

LOOK! I finally got a pic of the chick! Her name is Nike (Greek Goddess of Victory, since she is the only one to make it.)

No clue what she is though, other than a big chicken breed. I hope she is a female anyway.
