Weasels and rats will decapitate. My vote is a weasel. They can get in through a 1" square hole. We had one do a lot of damage over two days before we caught it. Lots of headless chickens.

may have to send Yuri to the farm he likes to "play" with weasels and he is fast/quick enough to get them
