Quote: I found a cheap vet here that does males for $55 and females for $95 out the door. Rabies plus fixing. I can't take time off of work and beat that price!

Do they clip off the tip of the cat's ear to mark that they are neutered? I was wondering, have you ever accidentally trapped a neighbor's cat? There was one neighbor here that had two unspayed females popping babies out all over. I so wanted to trap them. They never came in our yard because our old cat wouldn't stand for it.
If you go to a TNR event they will. It's an indicator that the cat has been fixed so another trapper won't waste their time. I don't have mine tipped unless they are truly feral.
How to Recognize a Fixed Feral

When a feral is spayed or neutered, its right ear is given a small notch or tip. It’s a very minor medical procedure and a proud badge, demonstrating to neighbors, animal control officers, and animal shelters that this cat has a home and a caretaker. As you can see from the photos below, the cat’s beauty and charm remain in full force!
The ear may be marked in one of three distinctive ways: Notch, Tip, or Top Notch.
NOTCH:

A small, triangular notch may be made in the top third of the outer margin of the ear.

TIP:

The tip of the ear may be removed in a straight line.

thanks , she is mean to the dogs. Or so they think. She is playing but they run from her then go outside and act like they are going to kill binks. She chases them off their food . LOL

OHH another thing I forgot . The tolbunt roo that attacks. I have been catching and holding him a lot. I cut his spurs some just so the point isnt there. So, question is, He crows ALL the time. even if I hold him upside down. He struggles some in my hands but has not tried to peck. not once and I play with his wattles. Is the crowing a sign of dominance ?

I think it's a territorial call. He's letting you know you are in his hood! My Seramas do it all the time. Well, 2 of them do it more than others. The 2 that are going.

That I don't know! I say get your babies out of him then give him the chop! Have the new Tolbunt hens been laying?

Oh my gosh.

I'm going to be ill.

So we acquired a "new" car. Hubs ended up leaving pro grade scan tool in dudes garage. (He thought I had it...I was chasing after friends kid).

Now we're parked outside this guys house. It's quarter after ten. He's not answering his calls. Hubs is intent to park outside all night if needs be.

Dog is at home alone.

Work happens tomorrow and we're two hours away from home.

so if I bring him in the house or front yard he shouldnt do that ? My other polish starts walking in tight circles every time he sees him.
