Bummer.  How many does that make now?  Right when your post came up, skunk smell wafted through the slider.  All sorts of critters roaming around out there and once they figure out how to get an easy meal, they will keep coming back.  Don't have to be expensive chickens either.  Still losing money on the deal.

Just weird how they just diappear

Nope.  I am a hot pocket virgin!  Much as I don't like cooking, I try not to buy much prepared food.  We eat really simple and I know what's in it most of the time.  Although I did buy some hotdogs for this week when it will be too hot to cook properly.  I usually get the kind that are nitrate free, but this time, I bought the bad good kind.  ball Park!  Probably tomorrow's dinner.  yum.

Hot pocket virgin: :lau

No squished bodies anywhere? Under feeders or under the nest bedding?

:frow everyone!

Bit late getting here today :( Had a right old afternoon. Was doing the horses and I do my friends on a Monday as she works late. Well, her horse decided to somehow get its leg in the electric fence and set of with it wrapped around her leg :barnie Has gone straight through so I had to get the vet to come out.

Can't stitch it up as its on the hock joint so as soon as she moves they would pop out. Made a right mess of it so she had to be sedated to have it all cleaned out and dressed. Feel so sorry for my friend as it just seems to be one thing after another for her. Horse has to stay in too untill it heals so that it does not open up anymore. Going to be a few weeks I reckon :(
