Before I was married I swapped traded and bought what ever I wanted ,no responsibilitieswhat so ever I has taken quite an adjustment for me to not just buy whatever suits me especially with kids. Now I live vicariously through them I spend a lot on them . My wife is the thrifty one and the voice of reason when I want to go spend money

hi all,  Konner made us fish and fries the I made Robert soup.    man that took the chickens just broke my heart.  PM me said he lost 15 of them by the time he got home. He is trying to clean them. I hope thats ok. I told him it would be.  I offered him some money back. He refused it.

What happened to them???? :hugs

Oh hi. Passed out there for a little bit! Still sitting here in front of the computer! Naps are good, just wish I had been lying down for proper one.

Papa, the way I was raised, we didn't spend money unless we really needed something, and then you bought what was on sale. Not that we didn't have money, we just didn't spend it. Hard habit to break. My hubs pointed it out to me after we got married. He asked why don't you buy something you want rather than what's cheapest? It was eye opening. Mostly I still make decisions about what to buy by what is on sale. Especially food. What's for dinner? Whatever was on special at the market, that's what!
