I use a chef knife turned upside down and knock it a few times to loosen it.

UGH stopped for gas and everyone went in. I'm just sitting in the parking lot, that's fine. I'm annoyed because as soon as we get on the road they'll all be asleep. I'm the one who should be getting snacks and drinks!!
