Hey I know you try but asking for a bit of help is no biggy

Nothing in? Sounds like here. Don't know how we get through so much stuff with just the three of us. Plus I am on a no carb or rubbish diet. Bought the same amount of stuff and they have eaten the extra that I would have had!!

Nothing you can chuck in and warm up?
No carbs or rubbish??? I would starve!

I dont know what kind of diet you are on but you need all food groups in moderation. If all you have is protein your body will not be happy.

I do actually feel better granny, not half as sluggish as I was. I think the bread and things like that were weighing me down.

No carbs or rubbish???   I would starve!   :th

I thought I would too Wishing but after the first few days it was not so bad. Once the rubbish is out of the system the cravings do ease. Drinking lots of water before you eat also fills you up.

Ditto that! Just choose your carbs wisely

(says the junk food junky). Simple carbs have lots of refined sugars and none of the dietary fiber that helps control the insulin spikes caused by the sugars. Eating an apple is much healthier than drinking apple juice. Complex carbohydrates are the best for you. Whole grains and veggies, especially leafy greens. White foods are generally not so good for you, high glycemic index, body converts them directly to glucose - sugar, products from white flour, white rice, russet potatoes- gold are better for you. It's enough to drive ya crazy! The moderation rule is best, although not always easy to follow.

Yes, I did it for a little while once, but did not feel better. Need a piece of bread (whole grain) every now and then to keep things running smoothly. I need to cut back though, especially on the rubbish. My diet is actually not that bad, I've just been eating too much. Portion control. I need to take half of what I normally do and lay off the ice cream desserts, which is the hardest part. I am addicted to sugar, no doubt. Lack of exercise from my foot hurting so much is doing me in! Guess I'll have to go see a quack doctor about it soon. I know they'll just tell me to lose some weight!

I'm a serious sugar addict  That has been the hardest part. Cutting back on the energy drinks :(
I know what you mean about the excersize. It sure is a catch 22 when you have an injury.
Quack is the best term to describe some of them over here!

Are you practicing paleo diet?

I'm not sure what that is Benny? :idunno
