Well. White wagoon runs under its own power but we have discovered a lovely oil geyser. And hubs has nothing to clean the lovely leak on the driveway in the new work truck. Soooo tomorrow may be avoid the landlord day...

Well. That kid may not be making an appearance but at least you got Bebe chicks!!!

Phew. 6:40 am and the girls are fed, watered, and their coop is clean. Back to bed for me! Mission successful, I got a bunch of needed to be done outside stuff done before the landlord is up and about.

Garden can wait until this evening. I gotta take some garbage out anyway since...uh. My "house bin" is already full of weeds. The coop bin isn't that full but may get too heavy.

I know I'm new to the group and has nothin to do with chickens/ any type of animal but the kids and I and my dad are driving to Florida today and would reallllly appreciate prayers if your a praying person. Going down for vacation at his place but with lil ones can be nerve racking even on my meds... Thanks in advance

hatched too early and thats probably a little bit of un-absorbed yolk. keep it away from the others til its gone.

How cold does it get at night?

I dont know

they were in an unheated pole barn . I was thinking more about critters. I got something out there trying its best to get in. I havent set a trap because I think my coops are pretty secure. I just think if a baby goes to sleep right against the cage wall something will get them.
