Walked downstairs to find Charlie the rabbit gone. He was doing so well yesterday... (I think Charlieis a great name, Camping)

Yes, probably could have chosen a better choice of words to explain he was dead. he came with four brothers after being rescued from slaughter. One died while getting neutered, one got adopted out, then the last one, Chris is still with us. All of his sisters also died from cancer.

I now have a 9 yr old and a 7 yr old...both of them are getting old. (Dogs)

My oldest (rabbit) died two or three years ago, she was 13.
Most of mine are between 4- 7 now
