Bunny, we would all love to help you if you decide to build a bator!!
Thanks I can't use something that uses a ton of electricity though so that makes a bator difficult.

What is this excercise you speak of.... It sounds like a conspiracy. I think you meant to say donuts!!! Lol

haha, It what the health nuts do. Normal people work / get things done and still manage to stay in shape and keep their money in their pockets.

GYMS are my grump.

Realy? Ok,

how many in this thread, that don't exercise and are more then 40 years old, don't have:

1, blood pressure problem

5 over wight

6.chronic fatigue

7.all the above

Yes the truth is that every one will die, the principal is HOW you travel your life, and not HOW long you will live.

There are things that are worse then death, and that is to be death while you live. To be disable to take care for yourself and depend on chemicals to continue. And I am not intending to insult anyone, just telling my point of view.

ME    But then I am busy just do NOT intentionally just sit/stand/lay and do exercises

Good for you

People here make bators out of light bulbs! I forgot who it was....CRS...

It is not just that I can't use a lot of electricity it isn't always reliable either. :(

Way? If you have 2 you have a backup and I Change the bulbs EVERY hatch! After 21 days they are risky!
