Tippy, that paper is only good for that hospital we were at and their drs. It worked today but it wont for Kosairs.

Okay, call them and explain the situation to them and ask them what you need. They may have a form. If not they should tell you what type of form you need. I will help you all I can!

Today has not been a good day for any of us including the pup. It has peed and pooped 3 times in the house. He is into everything and Konner has a new ball. LOL Konner has cried and whined all all day. I cant hardly put up with him today .

well there are bound to be bad days for everyone JUST really sucks when they all fall on the same day. I had a friend with 4 daughters and occasionally all 4 of them and the wife would all sinc up . He would go on road trips then

well, I think he storied . My eldest sister was 11 yrs. my senior. I dont remember most of them growing up. She left at 14. Most of them did.
