We are doing something wrong H20, pooped in the house and peed a couple times. today worse then the beginning. Too much freedom maybe

Well I dont know how they work . been too many years ! I filed for divorce and left state. they said I would have to come back and I wasnt about to do that. So after he got the dicks after me and they found me in Mi. He filed. he "ordered" himself to pay $25.00 a month. Never did see it. LOL

That's kind of what happens here. I just never pressed the issue before. Lol

You can butt in. I appreciate any advice. And you are right. Custody and child support are seperste issues. I have full custody of the kids. The court papers say that he can not see the children with out first getting my approval. He was filed as an abandonment case.

I have a friend that got sole custody and was not awarded child support...

It might be dependant on case. I don't know but I'll find out for sure.
