You have to go out with him and wait til he goes. After you see him go you can come back in. Puppies are not easy. You can't just send them out on their own. They will just play, then come in and pee or poop.

the neighbor, the wife, is terrified of dogs...
My dog probably barked at her through the fence and she lost control of her bowels.
Not my fault.

Long story short...again..
I am mad at these neighbors.these are the same neighbors that positions my show dog, the shitzu, and killed her and I really thing they reached over my fence and riped open my hardwire cloth in order for my last group of chicks to "get lost"

thats what we have been trying to do but we give him some play and romping around with CB and the other dogs. Too much maybe. He is mouthy , barks, bites hands, feet, clothes.  I want to put a stop to that right away.  every time he chews I tell him no then give him substitute.

If you take him out with an older dog that will go on command, that will help him get the clue to go. Any time you can't watch him and he hasn't gone in a bit put him in a crate. It is more of you being trained to take him out. What is his date of birth?

I get really mad when people lie or when people twist the truth....
Or when people make stuff up..
