Granny when we lived in VA on an apartment i trained my 8 wk chiaweenie by walking him every 2 hours. We walked til he went. I also crate trained him & puppy pad trained him for times when it rained/snowed. He peeded on pad but pooped just off the edge every time. He lives outside now. If i sit down he lays under my chair & follows my commands. Takes time. I had lots of time then to work with him. Couldn t do it now.
