Was going to make chicken fried steak for dinner tonight. Saw the lemon cake and started getting things together to make that too, then I got called into work. So, I guess it's A&W tonight.

Hi all , I feel like it was a wasted day but who knows. The trip itself isnt too hard. an hr. but a straight shot. A million questions and poked at and he wants me to start physical therapy and they are making a designer rub for my back and foot that penetrates and supposed to help with pain. Took back xrays and will get records for my foot from the surgeon. Next appt. 2 months.

It's going to be way better for you stomach than pain pills.

Diclofenac Sodium Topical 2% ..is what it says on the jar. She gave me some once....it's empty but I saved it incase I ever needed to ask for some more from my Dr!

he said its made different for everyone . I know one of the things in mine is for nerve damage.
SIL just called, CB has appt. tomorrow past Louisville . I am not going. DD can drive .

same place supposedly different dr. that does take the insurance. I didnt believe that dr. didnt take his insurance then and I dont believe it now.
