We have 4H and FFA clubs down here.
I just started to do some research myself to put my son into one or both but I still have time...He can't start till he is in 3rd grade.
He will only be starting 1st this month!

My girls are too busy to join.

I think we were talking about 4h long time ago. Being in the group is a great way to make friends and learn leadership and public speaking skills, but it requires getting him to meetings. They may waive the fees for some families. Depends on what CB is interested in too. Archery, rocketry, wood working... not everything is farm related.

yes, he is tolbunt, My computer is running bad because CB is on.

What is the difference between 4-H and FFA?
We do many of the same things and have lots in common. The 4-H is part of the cooperative extension service and is coordinated by local extension agents through county government and by volunteers. 4-H is not limited to agriculture, but takes in things like family and consumer sciences and other areas as well. The FFA is an integral part of the school’s agricultural science program. Each local program is led by an agricultural science teacher who works for the school. FFA members apply what they learn in the classroom in FFA activities through school activities.


FFA has anual dues of ONLY 5 dollars here and
62 dollars for the required uniform jacket
