we had terrible rain and the water was running into the chicken run so Dh ditched the water away from the run.My foot went into the trench,it's a wonder i didn't break my foot. anyway i fell right on the side of the run and to the ground.I have put ice of my foot it was a little swollen but my whole right side is sore now.

I hope u didn't break your foot also because I fractured mine back in April and wore a boot cast forever. Not fun one bit

so sorry you hurt yourself. You sure you dont need to be checked out ? was the ground at least a little soft from the rain ?

ground was softer but hitting the run didn't help.DH said i could be on 5 acres of flat land and trip.It was dark too,he is going to put up a light for me.I'm just sore nothing broken.

I have broken bones in both feet.I have had the cast and boots.My bones were brittle but i take an IV once a year.it's called Reclast.I can't take the pills for bones.

Ran after my daughter and it popped but at that time I refractured an old fracture that I didn't know I had.

sounds familiar, hurt my shoulder today cause I was mad at myself. Probably hurt Tom too cause he cant stand to see me try to do anything less he is doing it too. long handled cutters and together we got it done. lol
