Hen was still alive this am. Had to help her go then gave her to Bella- my border collie that lives on a running chain cause she s a chicken killer.

how long do you groom one dog at a time ?  you give them breaks ?

Yeah we give them breaks. Brush out takes about half hour bath half hour blow dry hour the scissor ing and shaving butts and muzzle an hour.
I paid my friend to come up and help. My DH, me and friend have been working since 9 am. We take little breaks though.

When i get my goats i plan on keeping bella in the pasture with them to protect them from coyotes. Fence is hogwire with electric fence[
