frozen meatballs in rice ? stale buns. corn maybe. quick oats ? How do you fed oats ?

cook them and let them cool off.

Seen her "yawn" a couple of times. Crop is empty. No smell. I can't see anything wrong. Grit is everywhere here, but I have some store bought I can put out. Always have oyster shell available. When someone comes home, maybe we can get a better look down her throat. Thinking about putting her back with her gang.

I'd put her back...she is prolly scared being away and that may be why she is not eating much?

It's real sticky messy when it's cooked. Mine don't like it. Feed raw like all grains (except rice)

I was just remembering that I read that during the winter you can feed them warm oats to help keep them warm.
That is why I said to cook it.....not thinking it is still summer time.

Kiki, she is a pet. I can pretty much walk up to her anywhere and pick her up, so she's not scared. If anything, she is a little mad a me! She squalls at me when I go out to check her. But I agree, she probably would feel better with her flock. Home is the best place to be when you don't feel well.
