I also added a cochin egg to the dozen mollie gave me. :oops: I can't incubate until I get friends for the baby and move them to the brooder. So maybe some of the eggs will be too old... She was so excited about saving them, I couldn't say no.

That's where it hatched! Bator was warm, hatcher was dirty, brooder was full. I gave her food/water yesterday and turned the heat down.

Ragnar (like it looks) and Lagertha (sounds a little like Agatha when they say it on the show). But this baby is going to named after her mama, Mae West.

Mae West has one daughter, Mavis, and one son, McQueen. We sold McQueen at the auction.

So there's Mae West, and Mavis, and two pullets not named. And now a chick.
 
I dont think I have any named chickens. I sold abby and lil twist. They were both roos. Only thing I have is mean roo and dummy
 
Mae West is easy to remember.
