I have to say it feels really good to sit down tonight. I think I burnt all my energy in worrying. I liked my new doctor. She even had someone come to me to renew my insurance. Didn't cover today but it does our future stuff and she got my kids covered too. They took a full panel of blood work. Didn't get the cuff it was too expensive but my dad has one. She was quick and to the point without making you feel badly.


That's so good Linda! I love taking a deep, clean breath after a doctors visit. Do you feel lighter already?

I think it was wishing who mentioned meditation, and yoga is good too. All that stretching and breathing. :love
 
Saw this earlier and thought of y'all. It makes me giggle every time.

It was recommended to me many years ago to help me relax and sleep to start with my toes tighten the muscles and hold for 10 seconds then slowly let them relax Then keep going up your body with whatever muscle came next right up to your jaw. I did that for years and found it relaxing. I dont do it now for a few reasons or I do but skip body parts. I get cramps. LOL you need to concentrate on that muscle relaxing and focus on it staying relaxed as you move to the next group. Its a good way to releave your body of the tensions of the day.
