I got a single ceramic knife at Ross. It works great. It was only about 5 bucks. It comes in a sheath. Stays sharper than my other knives.

I do that . DH has a tool for everything and it takes him forever to find it. hours. I will resort to using whats close by that will work . LOL
Used my butcher knife once for a saw, ended up with 8 stitches.
