I made a thing! I was going to put chicken wire over it and say "Bless My Brood" and put chicken silhouettes on it... But bestie said add handles and leave it a tray. Work smart not hard!

I like that. did you cut the miters ? those are hard for me. I like the idea of wire. If you eat off it it will need to be shellacked wont it ? Paint it add something dried then put the wire over it. Chicken in coop look . Maybe one of your SH rooster with that tail.....

I did! I'm so super proud of it. The chop saw can be set at angles, so it was pretty easy. Would you believe I don't use rulers or pencils! :lau I sprayed it with a clear sealant. I guess it's more like a tea tray? I found coasters at Walmart on clearance so I'm working on those too. It could be like a set. The middle board is a bit warped so it's more decoration than anything I guess. I have more boards, so I'll make as many as I have boards for! I'd still like to do a broody and babies.
