Hi, I need a foot massage. who is willing ? There is a Blocktoberfest down the road from me. Have no idea what that is but the sign says meat and cold beer. Its at someones house. Just came out of my mouth I could go for a steak and cold beer and I dont even like beer. LOL
$167.00 on groceries and just one meal of hot dogs.

$67.00 at TSC chicken food and a collar for trouble.

Do you have to have a realtor to buy a house ? I would be calling a few and setting up lots of appts. They are only going to want and show the ones they have listed because of a bigger commission. When they show a house listed with a different company their big hunk goes out the window. And when you do find a house you like low ball them and they will come back with a counter offer usually saving you a few grand. Or you can barter for closing cost or decorating allowance. All ways insist on seeing the inspections. If they dont have them or not willing to get them walk away. Dont take their word for anything. It is the law if they know something bad about the house and you ask, Do you know what is wrong with the house? They must tell it or be responsible for the repairs Unless it is something hidden they couldnt of known about. Thats why the inspection. Im shuttin up.

question, Wal mart had one style of boys coats and biggest size was 18. I bought him 18 t shirts but wasnt sure about the coat. They are $18.00 and look cheap made to me. Long arms short length.

real estate I bought from said all inspections were done and it was all good. asked if I would like to see them. I took him at his word. There wasnt one thing in this house major that didnt need to be replaced. roof, furnace, central air, water heater, I could go on.

Ohh no. That's horrible. My son is blowing up my phone cause he wants me to pull him out of school to go shopping. Told him that we are meeting grandma there after school. He is throwing a fit. I hung up on him.
