Food for thought... there is a lot of talk about the housing bubble in CA... expectations are is that it's about to burst. You could potentially save major bucks (and have lower property tax) if you can wait until the market adjusts downward. I would still go looking at houses to get a feel for what's out there, but look them up in Zillow and see what they went for a couple of years ago. Those prices could be on their way back. If you find your dream place, you have to grab it. But talk to your realtor and see what he thinks about the market down your way. No way I would buy something up here right now. Way over priced for junk because there are not many places for sale.

On the bright side, heard back from realtor and lendor finally. Whoohoo. Good to go for house hunting this weekend. She gave me numbers for the top end of what we can borrow - and good gravy. $1200/month more than we pay in rent now...gak. Nope! That would be some house poor right there.

So filled out the ownership transfer papers ON old 19 and Janet. Maiah has to be DNA tested and picture NEW RULE all Yaks must be DNA tested. only 15.00 for transfer but $65.00 for Maiah. I still think is it poor/bad business practice to not have your animal registered before selling it.

Rain and thunder and cloud bursts again today so got nothing done outside that I needed to do.

AT&T finally got their line fixed only took them about 14 hours

and now my Data capture/cc machine is working like a charm

I admit to throwiing dog crap over my fence into an empty lot by the chicken area. It is a leach field and nothing can be built on it.

I was told that the dog feces would repel some wild animals.

I would never do it onto some ones house property. Is it true that dog smells will repel some wild animals.?

Knock on wood we have not had a problems with anything but said dogs.

Just got back from shopping. Michael never came... Just Joey so I don't even know if what I got fits him cause Joey is thicker than him... 200 bucks.... Stripped my account. I'm pretty grumpy. Michael wouldn't even answer my texts when I tried to ask questions... But man he sure loves tonight me about everything when he's home... I hate shopping. So very flustered.
