to make applesauce or jelly you boil the whole apple or grapes. if these were toxic, how come people don't die?

My chickens eat grapes with seeds right off the grapevines- and they are fine.

mine eat apples every day. so do my dogs. i have 6 or so trees. have apples stored for winter. cook them and mix with food.

Because the toxin levels are so low it would take a huge amount to harm a human.​

WOW! I'm glad there was no internet when my kids were little! It reminds me of how many times I've read that chocolate is fatal to dogs yet I've known of dogs that steal and eat whole chocolate cakes! Also I've seen some major disgusting things that dogs eat - must have cast-iron guts. My dog eats chicken poop. We think the chickens might pick through the dog poop too. Makes you wonder huh?
All my dogs have learned to 'smile' by eating grapes and I eat apples all up except the stem and I'm now proudly 57 yrs. old. Oh and my dog eats onions too in leftovers and yet they aren't supposed to. My new years resolution is to worry less - who's going to join me?
