It looks like stuck eggs, but it soft and looks more like a prolapse. It's like her vent is inside out.

Welcome to BYC. It probably is a prolapsed cloaca or vent. She could have passed a very large egg. Can you find the opening with a rubber glove and some lubricant? Try to puch it back inside, and apply either honey or preparation H to it. Sugar will help in a pinch. These will help to reduce the swelling. Many times even after holding the prolapse in for several minutes, it may come back out, but just keep pushing it back inside. To stop laying for a couple of weeks for healing, place a cover over her cage for 16 hours daily (overnight especially.) Make sure that she can pass droppings. Sometimes the prolapse can worsen, and the hen may need to be put down. Here are some links to read about prolapse:

Sorry! Pics a little blurry! It says gently clean the back of the hen and tissue mass with warm water, and apply antiseptic ointment. Push tissue mass very gently back into vent and isolate hen from other birds. Feed only fresh greens and water to prevent more egg laying. Clean the vent area daily and apply ointment. Within a few days the hen should be recovered and be able to return the the flock:)

Do you think it's necessary to give any antibiotics to the flock?? She was with them for a while before I got home and separated them.
No antibiotics are not necessary for the flock. In case her vent becomes infected, antibiotics may then be used. Your vet would be the best source for good ones.
