GRASS OR OTHER FAST GROWING PLANTS

What grasses or other plants do your chickens like to eat that grow fast? I want to try growing flats of something in the house so i can have the chicken eat something fresh (other than store bought stuff) in and out of the coop over the winter.

I grow sprouts: have barley, BOSS and millet ready to sprout. Wheat and oats are also great grains to sprout. I sprout lentils and alfalfa seeds for myself.
