I am grateful for being able to buy a house.

I've been so sick of renting...

I am grateful that, for now, we can still grow our own food and raise our own chickens. And for my job cause thats becoming a rare thing these days! And my awesome kids, who I like to whine about but they are actually the best kids ever. And DH, who is special.

I'm grateful for my wondrous husband and amazing kids....and my pretty horse and this farmlife we have.

Right now I am thankfull for a warm house, its cold outside today!

And I AM thankful for a teething baby, who makes me slow down and pay attention to the important things, like rocking her. When I really really want to clean the kitchen instead!

And BYC, the only ones who dont think I am crazy for rejoicing everytime I have a healthy baby chick hatch!

I am grateful that:
* it's not raining today
* we've got a house full of love
* our chickens are happy & healthy, and that we're getting 3 more in a couple of weeks
* my friends from Munich will be here in just over a month
* when it does rain, it brings life and sustenance to my beautiful corner of the country
* I get to see this mountain from my kitchen window:
