Great crockpot recipes!

Hi all!!! I found this website I thought might interest a bunch of ya!! It has tons of slow cooker recipes and since most of us are pressed for time and/or on a budget, it seemed perfect to me. I spent atleast an hour pouring over the site and found a bunch of stuff I am going to be trying. On the left hand side of the screen about halfway down, the recipes are broken down by category like red meat, casseroles, breads, main course, etc... One of our favorite crockpot recipes, from our crockpot cookbook, is Scandinavian Dilled Pot Roast over noodles! TASTY!

the best recipe from my crockpot is the breakfast casserole start it before you go to bed and wala breakfast is served


6 beaten eggs

1potato cut into 1 x 1 pieces

1 1/2 C. milk

2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 lb cooked chopped bacon

salt and pepper

yellow mustard (optional)

Beat eggs and milk together with salt and pepper to taste.

Create layers: potato, cheese and bacon in crockpot. Pour milk and egg mixture over everything. Cook on low 8 - 12 hours.
