I would also suggest not cooking the duck or chicken, just feed it raw if its nice and fresh. Cooked bones are much more dangerous, and the raw meat and bones are much closer to the natural feed a dog would eat.

I think before you take any advice on high protein foods you should really research pano or ask your vet about it. Giant breed dogs shouldn't have any high protein foods at all. That is why you don't feed them puppy food unless it is specially made for a giant breed dog and is low protein. Most people are giving you really bad advice here. Read up on the issue and talk to your vet before you think about any puppy food.
