So, would this be true for any breed? As in a hunting dog should never be a pet and only used for hunting?

Nope! Because breeds like that are born for many purposes and make great companions as well, they’re just fine tuned to hunt with the proper training

Willow was not taken out of the Pyrenees as a stock-bonded adult to become a pet dog. She was purchased as a puppy, and grew up in a pet home. I'm sure you're aware that there are multiple ways LGDs guard

I’m not threatened at all and I’m not sure why you suggested suchI have simply stated over and over that that is not what they’re bred to do, anyone who does proper research can stand on that fact as well. And I never once shamed anyone.
