I'm guessing your major challenge is 7 roosters. A rooster can handle 10 hens each - only you don't have 70 hens. Unless you are breeding for show and need a specific rooster for the same breed of hens . If my math is right 7 roosters are fighting over 16 hens. - when two roosters would be more than enough. Too many roosters and you have fighting among them - sometimes to the death., the hens are badly overbred and generally physically damaged and highly stressed.
People either thin out their roosters (rehome them or eat them) OR add many more hens to keep the peace. OR if the roosters are not needed for fertile eggs to hatch or sell, then the roosters are not needed. Hens will continue to lay the same amount of eggs although they will not be fertile.
