Probably a lucky day for the occupants of that car, too. I don't think I'd care to be stuck in a car with a scared impala, though I'm not sure I'd fancy my chances with the cheetahs, either!

Life wouldn't be green if that impala impailed to you the seat of the car.

The ground over at the barn is almost hopping - with toadlets! The little guys were just everywhere; I had to watch where I stepped! This is the second time this year. The first time was in May; these kids were too small to be from that bunch. I reckon that's one good thing that has come from all this rain!

We have an annual toad in the garden we call "Hopper". She comes around every year in May.
