(You do know that a mare can absorb the embryo in the first 28 days or so of pregnancy if she feels that the conditions are wrong or if she has recently been through severe shock, right? With Zils, you'll have to break her before you can get a single foal from her.)

Jake was feeling tired and the pup looked sleepy, so he carefully took it back to the playpen. He went back outside with Maggie. The bee was still there. "go away, ya stupid bee" he muttered.
