Funny thing is, this sad sight is way better than yesterday. His appetite is back and he can stand and walk for short bursts. Im wondering could this be mareks or is that just all down hill? I was thinking if he showed further improvement tomorrow he might rejoin the flock, but not if there's a chance it could be mareks.

Well.... its the darnedest thing. This morning we woke up to "let me out of here" chirps coming from the dog crate. We opened the crate door and my little patient WALKED right out, looked around the room, stretched his legs and ran around the room. I let him roam for a couple hours with no slips, trips or falls before I gave him another dose of vitamins and let him rejoin the others. I am thinking he really did just have a vitamin deficiency.

I am just tickled pink he pulled through! This is my first rodeo and I'm not ready for losses. He was separated for three days, but I guess the others didn't notice because he isn't being hazed.
