Green Poop- has anyone ever treated this successfully?

She was and still is molting so she's not eggbound but thanks for taking the time to respond.

Have you done a cloacal exam?

UPDATE: We did worm her even though (using a microscope) could not find any worm in her poop. We did find mites that we treated. the hen live in our shower for almost a week while we treated the coop and the other hens for mites. survived and the green poop stopped as soon as she started to put weight back on. She is laying every day and is back to being her usually obnoxious self.
