Within the pat week I have noticed a lot of green poop all of my girls are acting normal there is just green poop in there coop I recently got a pigeon that is with them and was wondering if it could be his poop

Is it runny? It could possibly be the pigeons or, like chickencanoe said maybe the greenery not all the chickens would have the same reaction to grass etc just like humans.

Usually when a chicken has worms they wont lay, have a pale comb, runny poop and would start to loose weight and not eat as much

This is true when there's a worm infestation, caused by worm excrement in the chickens innards. Sometimes green poop can be "pre-infestation" so to speak. It can be a sign of an onset of ecoli infection as well as other problems.
Jefff120; since you've recently wormed your birds and they are acting normal, just observe them for anything else out of the ordinary. Are you feeding them layer feed?
