I recently ordered ten Greenfire Farms chicks through the Rare Breed Auctions. The chicks shipped on the expected time, but missed their flight, and arrived a day late. They were quickly given proper care at their arrival. Three were dead on arrival, the rest were weak. Another three died overnight. I emailed Greenfire along with pictures of the original three dead chicks, but with my busy schedule, never got to the rest. A couple of days went by, and more chicks were dying, one minute they would be fine, and seemingly healthy, the next, they were laying in the box dead. I currently only have one living chick left, not impressed. Greenfire never honored their refund policy on the dead chicks, but instead sent me a twenty percent off coupon on my next order of chicks, valid for thirty days. I don't plan on ordering from them again. Buyer beware.
