We are buying this:
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/QLD-PIC...g-Walk-in-Polytunnel-Greenhouse/192468825788?
and turning it into a run by reskining it with 12mm hardware cloth.
only catch is Ill need a skirt too. I was thinking of using plastic roofing panels as the skirt since it wont rust in the ground but I havent seen anyone do similar. So thoughts anyone? Im in Australia btw so SNAKES, dogs, foxes, goanas, and a few cheeky possums is all I have to worry about.

this is the roofing Im thinking to use:

Just my opinion, but, most predators come out at night when they are in the coop. If it's a daytime run, it's probably good as is.

Well the trouble is australian snakes... If any get inside the chooks and I are in for a bad time...

Gotcha! Well, hardware cloth would definitely help with that. Here in the USA, it's very expensive. Do the snakes climb? If they aren't climbing snakes, maybe just a bit around the bottom edge would work.
