Boy have you come to the right place! We're all bird crazy! I have 3 Cockatoos, 1 Eclectus, finches, Silkie chickens, fish and a Persian cat. I feel like a zoo keeper every morning when I'm mixing breakfast for 7 different species. HA! You should hear my house in the mornings....the birds singing outside and inside, contact calls, jealous squawks, and screams of joy. It's BLISS! Some people would call it Bedlam.

Interestingly, I was raised in Lexington and was transplanted to N. Alabama and now Florida (last stop).

There's something deeply rewarding about raising birds. I can't describe it in words, but you know what it is.
