Greetings from middle Tennessee!
We're a small scale poultry farm (50 golden comets and growing) just getting started. Learning as we go and enjoying every minute with our girls. Recently dealing with, I think an upper respiratory problem. We raise our girls naturally and chemical, free putting organic ACV and garlic in their water and feeding them non GMO and soy free feed. Wanting to change to organic feed in the future.. Still having sneezing and lowsy egg production. Any advice on how to treat naturally would be welcome.
Thanks for having this sight it's been very beneficial.

Welcome to BYC - good luck in resolving your problem. If one of your hens dies, it would be advisable to get a necropsy done to better define the problem that you are dealing with.

Welcome to BYC!

I am all for treating things naturally, but some of these bacterias get so bad, you need chemicals to treat them. After you get them healed up however, you can use natural products to keep them healthy. Things like probiotics, apple cider vinegar, fermented feed, whole grain diets, organic feeds, etc...

Good luck with your flock and welcome to ours!
