Hello so first question, I went out & purchased some grit today for my ducklings. I was wondering how much do i need to feed per meal? Today I just sprinkled some of it over their grain? I have 5 ducklings probably about a week old. (I purchased the ducklings yesterday).

Second question- I would reaallyy like to go non-gmo/or organic for their feed. Any suggestions? Right now they are being fed Manna's Game/Show feed (they gave me it at rural king the day I picked up the babies).

Thanks!

Hello! I'm surprised no one has answered your question yet.
Grit: Some people prefer to put it on their birds feed, but I prefer to give it to them free choice, in a separate feeder.

I mix and ferment my own chicken feed, that is non GMO (not organic, that's a little expensive for me right now). Check and see if your local feed store Carry's organic feed, or would be willing to mix some for you. Around here you can get tucker milling feed (which is organic, but a little pricey).

Hope this helps.
