OK so I thought I had two pullets but of course I'm not that lucky...
Just found the tell-tale "3 rows pea comb" bump on Peanut, it's like it sprouted overnight!
So yep, he's a boy -right?
(they both turn 8 weeks old on Sunday July 4th)
But what about Cashew, is she/he also a boy?? No visible comb, no redness... should there be anything at 8 weeks?
I caught them sparring tonight and Cashew has always been the bigger chick.
Both hatched at the same time (May 9th) from the same parents and both have the same feathering type and stance:
