That is a good idea. I use a similar technique for Dorie's meds. She gets lunch only after eye drops!

Thanks!!!!! I can’t take the credit though. Learned it from a friend recently. They do a similar thing to both of us… no dinner (or breakfast, whatever meal it was. I think dinner though but this part doesn’t matter) until they do a nail first. It seemed to work really well for them so I figured I would try it with Brew but I didn’t think the food part would work for him so I decided walkies would work better LOL and it did!!!!!

A bunch of you said you groomed your dogs this week right!? I need to groom Brew too LOL give him another bath and maybe try to do some more nails if I can get him to hold still LOL maybe brush him too LOL

Yup I did, I bathed and blew her. I might brush her and do her nails today

Just used the under coat rake on Pepper, and my hands on Rosie to loosen some coat.

Just gave Dorie a shower. She played fetch at the park with some little kids this afternoon and, well, let's just say I wanted to wash off the germs. Dorie needed a bath anyway.
