Pullet eggs yolkless? That's a new one on me. One of my pullets has finally started laying and each of those tiny eggs had a beautiful sunny orange yolk...in fact one was a double yolker. And, FYI, they were super yummy and oh so cute in the frying pan.

What about bantie eggs? From what I've read here those eggs are always small, taking upwards of a dozen to make an omlet. Have you asked your MIL about the reasoning behind not wanting to eat the pullet eggs?
