Grower feed leftover dust... Is it possible to...?

Wet it down, bake it and break it up for crumbles again? I have so much of it and it seems a shame to just throw it out, not to mention expensive....

You might try wetting it with water to make a paste. That's a standard way to feed mash. Just give them enough at a time that they will clean it up so it doesn't go moldy. They may think it is a treat since it is different.

Cooking it could reduce the nutrients.

Thanks for replying so quickly! I was wondering what it might do to the nutritional values. They will probably love it wet. I hope....lol.

I agree with giving it wetted to them.

I give my adults wet feed every morning. They love it!

I usually wet it and feed in as a hard slab for them to peck at. I also had it to seed loaf I make them.
