Wet it down, bake it and break it up for crumbles again? I have so much of it and it seems a shame to just throw it out, not to mention expensive....

You might try wetting it with water to make a paste. That's a standard way to feed mash. Just give them enough at a time that they will clean it up so it doesn't go moldy. They may think it is a treat since it is different.
Cooking it could reduce the nutrients.
