Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe those deer forage mixes have seed treatment on them.

What do you mean by 'seed treatment'?
OK, thanks, just wanted to be sure, as I purchase seed for my 4 (chicken) grazing frames.Seed that is used to plant is usually treated with some kind of treatment to ward off bugs and disease when it's planted. It almost always has a colorant mixed in such as green or red. That's why I was wondering about the throw and grow in the pic posted cause I thought they treated their seed since it's not a food but a seed to propogate plants from for deer.
Does anyone know where I can buy fodder seed in large bags without paying twice the cost in shipping?
